Deliveries

We will deliver your order by mail with cash on delivery, as per the customer's choice, as a postal package or as an Ovelle package. As a rule, our delivery time is 1-10 business days from the order. For an approved order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. The service provider has the right to refuse the order if necessary.

Note!
The customer of air weapons and bow weapons must be 18 years of age or older.

* Postal package
The order is picked up from the post office.

* Door package
The Ovelle package is delivered directly to the recipient by 2 p.m.
Sending the Ovelle package requires the customer to provide their phone number when placing the order. If the recipient cannot be reached, an arrival notice is left for him, and the shipment can be picked up from the post office.

* Travel service
We deliver the cartridges ONLY through Matkahuolto. Before shipping, we need copies of valid gun licenses and identity documents.
You can either fax, scan or mail the documents to us.

Delivery charges

For cash-on-delivery orders, we charge the customer the shipping costs according to the currently valid price list according to the weight of the order. In addition, a cash on delivery fee is added to the delivery costs, which is 3.65 euros for postal parcel orders and 7.20 euros for Ovelle parcel orders. The costs are added to the final amount shown in the order confirmation.
When paying by online payment, the customer is charged 9.90 euros, which includes all delivery costs, and the customer is not charged any other costs.

Payment methods

Payment methods are ONLY cash on delivery or cash on delivery. In special cases, we accept advance payment (to be agreed separately)

Tariff

The price shown on the website is the current selling price. The service provider reserves the right to correct prices that have been entered incorrectly due to technical reasons. If the price correction concerns an order for a previously placed product, the change will be confirmed to the customer before the order is processed.
Prices do not include postage.

Exchanges and returns

Our products have a 14-day exchange or return right. The returned product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
Discount and offer products cannot be replaced or exchanged. We will reimburse the price of the product you returned to the bank account you indicated.
